是說,自從買了iPad 2(Little Whitey)之後,我下了很多雜誌、報紙的app,我覺得作的不錯的有The Economist(英文)、CNN(英文)、WSJ 中文版(中文簡體)、THE DAILY(英文)、SMH(英文)、Cracked HD(英文)、National Geographic Magazine International Edition(英文)(以下簡稱NGM),這當中多數是免費,The Economist每期有6則編緝特選可以免費閱讀,THE DAILY有好像是1星期免費試閱,NGM有7月號的樣品試閱,而這篇文章的重點就在NGM上。

自從我試讀NGM的樣品後,就覺得這本電子雜誌作得太棒了,內容精彩、編排生動,算是看過的電子雜誌中的首選,雖然是英文版,很多單字不認得,但是為了表達我的支持,我還是願意每月花2.99美金訂閱它,就這樣開心地讀了2個月,到了9月底,我看到10月號出刊了,我也收到APPLE寄的訂購確認明細,錢已經扣了,但我卻不能閱讀,在這種情況下,該怎麼處理比較好咧???當然是去itune store去回報帳礙啦!隔天很快就收到回信,要我去找NGM處理,所以我就又當下發了個MAIL到NGM去,隔了1週都沒回應(是沒消沒息的那種喔),林周罵火大又再寫了一次,隔天終於有回信說「已受理申訴」,10天後(也就是今天)終於收到最新消息說「謝謝您的通知!我們此時無法提供國家地理雜誌國際版的訂閱更新服務,如果有後續消息,我們會給您通知。」,翻譯成白話文就是「感謝你這個白痴訂閱我們的雜誌,本公司目前沒有空處理你們這些死讀者的白痴障礙申訴,不能看是你家的事,自己乖一點,不要再發信到我們這裡,也許哪天我們更新系統就會把問題修復,到時你就可以用了。」,此時林周罵真的整個火起來,回信打了「GO FXXK YOURSELF! ASSHXLE!」(當然是沒有消音的版本),老外當下阻止了我,沒把信寄出來,也對啦,沒必要。換個念頭,於是我把NGM寄的信當作附件,寄信到iTune store說「我剛收到NGM寄來的回覆,看起來他們無法解決我的問題,也不是很在意客戶,我已經取消對該雜的自動訂閱了,也麻煩你們請幫我退費,感謝!」接下來就看iTune Store怎麼回應,如果也是他喵的制式回答,我這輩子不僅不會再訂NGM,也不會再買MAC的產品,不過我應該會去下載免費的NGM 掃描版。
