來澳洲後，每天都過著修身養性的生活，雖然生活總有些不如意，但呼口氣訐譙一下，總是可以平順過去，但今天早上，澳洲按摩協會寄給我的 emal 讓我整個大爆走。
今年六月底，我的會員資格即將到期，所以，趕在六月初就把續約的資料掛號郵寄過去，如果有什麼問題，還留有二個星期的緩衝時間。東西寄出去的隔天，我打了幾通電話去確認，但都忙線，不然就是沒人接電話，估計是辦公室太忙，於是寫了一封 email 請他們留意信件，隔天，我依然持續試著打電話進去，好不容易終於接通，表明來意後，總機說她去幫我看一下，請我在線上等一會兒，然後確認有看到信件後，我終於放下心中大石。
殊不知，二個月後也就是八月中，協會辦公室 email 過來說沒收到我的申請表，要我補件，這時我有點小火，回她"我用掛號寄出的申請書應該已經在貴協會，請確認後回覆"，然後就一直無消無息直到今天九月十八日，那個人完全無視我上一封 email 寫的東西，只跟我說"沒有妳的繳費資料，請給我妳的信用卡卡號 ASAP"，幹! A 妳媽啦 A, 看到 ASAP 這四個字母讓你祖罵整個火就燒起來了，士可忍，熟不可忍! ，於是回她 email 如下，當然這封信不只是寄給她，也副件給協會祕書和新會員招收部門，不衝到妳失業，妳他媽的以為我好惹的。
I'm very DISAPPOINTED by your service. I sent you my renew application form by register mail(531725120013) via Post Office, and the next day call to your office to confirm but no one answer my calls, then I sent the email for the same reason but still didn't get any reply until 12 August. And during this period of time, I kept calling to the office and someone finally answered my call, and she told me that she found my application form has already been on her co-worker's desk, which I assume I'd done my part. Then in 12 August you sent me an email that told me I haven't renew my membership. This is rediculous! And now you are just pushing me to give you my credit card number, not even an appology for losting my form? That's very irresponsible.
